We panic when the radio goes dead. We assume Command has abandoned the post. We scream into the mic and get nothing but white noise. We interpret the silence as God’s absence.
But in electronic warfare, the enemy doesn't need to destroy the transmitter to stop the message. He just needs to jam the frequency.
"Jamming" is when a hostile force floods a specific frequency with so much noise that the clear signal cannot get through.
Isaiah 59:2 describes this exact mechanic in the spiritual realm:
"But your iniquities have separated you from your God; your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear."
Sin isn't just a "mistake"; it is active interference. It creates a wall of static between you and the Signal. God has not stopped transmitting. His frequency is constant. The problem is that your local environment is so cluttered with the noise of compromise, distraction, and rebellion that you have lost the signal-to-noise ratio required to hear Him.
If you can't hear the Signal, stop blaming the Tower. Check your local interference.
