Status: All Sales Final. Because every garment is custom-printed upon order receipt, we do not offer returns or exchanges for sizing issues or buyer's remorse.

Defective/Damaged Goods: If you receive a misprinted or damaged item, file a report within 30 days.

  1. Secure photographic evidence of the defect.

  2. Transmit details via our Contact page.

  3. Replacement units will be dispatched immediately upon verification.

LEAD TIMES & FULFILLMENT

Processing (Production): 2–5 Business Days. Transit (Shipping): 3–7 Business Days. Total Lead Time: 5–12 Business Days.

Standard Tees: True to size. Standard fit. Hoodies: CAUTION: Athletic fit. Runs small. Recommendation: Order one size UP for standard comfort.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

To preserve graphic integrity:

  • Wash: Cold water. Inside-out.

  • Dry: Low heat or hang dry.

  • Iron: Never iron directly on the print.
