What is your return/exchange policy?
We want to make sure you love your order! Because all our products are custom-printed just for you, all sales are final.
However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item, please let us know right away!
Here's what to do:
- Go to our Contact Page within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Send us a message letting us know what's wrong with the item.
- We will reply to your email, and you can send us back a few photos of the issue.
- Once we have the photos, we'll work with our print partner to get you a replacement as quickly as possible.
Regarding Sizing: Please check our sizing charts before you buy! Since we can't offer returns or exchanges for wrong sizes, we want to help you get the perfect fit the first time.
How long will it take to get my Order?
We're excited for you to get your order! Because each item is custom-printed just for you, it takes a little time to prepare.
You can typically expect your order to arrive at your door within 5 to 12 business days (in the US).
You will receive a tracking email as soon as your order ships out so you can follow its journey!
How do your clothes fit? (Do they run small/large?)
Our t-shirts generally run true-to-size, but every product is a little different! You can find a detailed sizing chart on each individual product page.
Important Sizing Note: Our hoodies tend to run small. We highly recommend ordering one size up for a more comfortable fit.
Since all sales are final, we strongly encourage you to check the size chart on the product page before ordering!
How should I care for my apparel?
To keep your graphics looking their best, we recommend:
- Washing your items inside-out with cold water.
- Tumbling dry on a low-heat setting or hanging them to dry.
- Avoiding bleach and ironing directly on the design.
