Our Policy
All products at Selah Supply Co. are made-to-order, meaning they are custom-printed specifically for you after an order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for issues like ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
All sales are final. Please be sure to check our product sizing charts before placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We will, of course, replace or refund any items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or are the incorrect item.
If you have an issue with your order, please follow these steps:

Contact us via our Contact Page within 30 days of receiving your item.

In your message, please provide a description of the issue.

We will reply to your email, at which point you can provide photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
Once we have verified the issue, we will work with our print partner to send you a replacement at no extra cost.
